Good place for foreigners
I want to thank Tee and Colleen very much for helping me with my paperwork so could move in my apartment thank you ladies.
Agents are very kind, communicative, and helpful,. Deals and amenities are superb, and maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly.
Sure itâs a little expensive but itâs and apartment building downtown with a view of the city and every amenity you could ask for included. Definitely worth the price.
Had a package get lost and the staff were quick and ready to help me find it. Tee and Allison are the real MVPs!!!

Agave is really nice I love how spacious and affordable it is. Me and my roommates all have our own bathrooms and the two front desk ladies are always looking to help people out. Miss Tee is also so sweet!ð«¶ð¾
